To fix this issue, you need to load up the game with a dualshock 3, get into game, then turn off the Dualshock 3 and connect the dualshock 4) Fallout 3 (Works for all controls apart from the L2 and R2 buttons.

Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate: Core Fighters.Beyond: Two Souls (works except for instances where the six axis motions need to be used).Atelier Shallie: Alchemists of the Dusk Sea.Atelier Rorona Plus: ~The Alchemist of Arland~.Light bar has no effect on the game, as it just stays a whiteish, blue colour (when used wireless)ĭualShock 4 Compatible PlayStation 3 Games.I hope this helps someone with the same problem because suffer this problem and find no support it's very a frustating thing. However, there are some limitations when using the DualShock 4 on the PlayStation 3. My solution here worked for my xbox 360 controller and steam controller (it don't worked too). I don't understand why the developers or someone else put those files in a fresh install, it's a crazy thing. I think that those files overwritte the default game controller mapping, and deleting them caused to get the default hardcoded config upfront and work ok. Well, you have to rename or delete them and start the game and the buttons issue has to get fixed. In the game directory there are two files named joypad.txt and joypad_example.txt.

So I started to try to fix the problem by myself and after some time I discovered some files that caused the problem in my fresh install of the game. I had this same problem of the buttons and I got here searching in steam but I became dissapointed because the responses here, or in any other similar thread, were very poor and helpless.

Although this thread is old and maybe you, REALVANILLARAIN, found some solution or forgot this problem at all, I want to share my solution here for you or anyone more with this problem.
